Pointe-Claire (Québec) – April 22, 2019 – The Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation (LGHF) is thrilled to announce the launch of its brand new lottery called Dollars & Destinations. This exciting lottery is featuring fabulous prizes, courtesy of annual partners Air Canada Rouge and TWMG Inc. Financial Services. The funds raised will go towards improving the Birthing Centre at the Lakeshore General Hospital.
In addition to a scrumptious breakfast graciously provided by Cora Pointe-Claire, the purchase of a $20 Dollars & Destinations ticket will give you a chance to win one of four exciting prizes:
Prizes 1 & 2
A return flight for 2 people, to the European city of your choice, on board Air Canada Rouge
Prizes 3 & 4
A cash Prize of $2,500, offered by TWMG Inc. Financial Services
The LGHF will sell Dollars & Destinations tickets throughout the summer, until the draw, which will take place on September 17th at 5:30PM, at the Montreal Airport In-Terminal Marriott Hotel. “We are very excited about this new lottery which offers West Islanders an easy way to get involved in making an improvement to their community hospital,” says Heather Holmes, Managing Director of the LGHF. “Now, our challenge is to sell the 4,000 tickets! We are looking for talented sales volunteers to go out and sell tickets. If you are an eager salesperson, please come forward and reach out!” If you are interested, please call Roxane at 514-630-2081.
For this 1st edition of Dollars & Destinations, the funds will go towards improving the Nick Di Tomaso Birthing Centre at the Lakeshore General Hospital (LGH). “When you, as a mother-to-be, arrive at the LGH for the birth of your child, all you care about is the health of your baby and that there are no complications during labour. You also want to count on the support of your partner and of family. We are aiming not only to purchase new equipment for neonatal care, but also to improve the visitor’s room to be able to welcome the extended family of the newborn,” explains Mrs. Holmes.
The LGHF would like to thank Cora Pointe-Claire for their outstanding generosity as well as Air Canada Rouge and TWMG Inc. Financial Services for their implication in this new adventure.
