A memorial gift is a special tribute to a loved one.
It may be the wish of family members to donate to Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers. To enable family and friends to respect these wishes, the Foundation is pleased to provide “In Memoriam” pamphlets to funeral homes or individuals at a moment’s notice.
When the Foundation receives a gift in memory, it inscribes the name of your loved one in our “Book of Remembrance” located in the Multi-faith Chapel and Prayer Room on the 5th Floor of the hospital. The chapel contains an “In Memoriam” wall that honours the memory of people whose family, friends and colleagues have collectively chosen Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation as a significant way to honour their loved ones.
