It may be the wish of family members to donate to Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers. To enable family and friends to respect these wishes, the Foundation is pleased to provide dedicated “In Memoriam” donation forms to funeral homes or individuals at a moment’s notice.
In the spring of 2025, the Foundation unveiled a new Memorial Wall — a dedicated space to honour loved ones whose lives are remembered through acts of generosity and community support. Through donations made in their memory, families and friends can pay tribute to those they will never forget on this beautiful mural, located in the Hospital’s Multi-Faith Chapel on the 5th floor. When a minimum cumulative amount of $1,000 has been donated in someone’s name, their name may be added to the mural if it is the family’s wish.
