The Lakeshore Visionaries program proudly recognizes individuals who want to help build the future of our Hospital and support our mission at a level of $1,000 or more annually. These individuals are prominently listed in our Annual Report and receive publications and personal invitations to special events, including our Annual General Meeting and Hospital tours (available upon request).
Prescription for Change
The Prescription for Change program proudly recognizes individuals who want to help build the future of our Hospital and support our mission at a level of $250 or more annually. These individuals are listed in our Annual Report and receive publications and personal invitations to special events, including our Annual General Meeting and Hospital tours (available upon request).
Legacy Circle
The Legacy Circle highlights individuals who have included us in a planned gift, either through an insurance policy or an estate gift. We encourage anyone who has included us in a planned gift to notify the Foundation of their intention, so that we can be certain to honour you in your lifetime, and to ensure that the gift is directed according to your wishes.
