What a beautiful day it was to welcome over 140 participants to the first edition of our 5km Family Walkathon, which took place on Saturday, June 4 at Centennial Park in DDO!

Kids, parents, grandparents, friends, colleagues and dogs came out for a scenic walk throughout the park, all in support of mental health services in the West Island. Funds raised at this year’s event will be directed toward both supporting the Youth Mental Health Clinic in Kirkland, as well as toward adding three (3) beds to the short-stay inpatient mental health unit at the Hospital.
