Pointe-Claire (Québec) — January 25, 2022 — The Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation’s Dollars & Destinations lottery culminated in the live draw on January 17, and raised over $30,000 for the community hospital.
The purchase of a Dollars & Destinations ticket gave supporters a chance to win one of four exciting prizes: two (2) grand prizes of a return flight for 2 people to the destination of their choice in North America – including Hawaii and the Caribbean – and $2,400 cash, courtesy of Air Canada Rouge; and two (2) secondary prizes of $2,500 cash, courtesy of Desjardins, Caisse de l’Ouest-de-l’Île.
The grand prize winners were Jean-Claude Dubé and Ian McAskill, and the secondary prize winners were Patrick The Truc Bui and Joseph Diabo.
Nathalie Kamel, Managing Director of the Foundation, is thrilled with the results of the lottery. “I am very happy with this edition of Dollars & Destinations. Through their participation, our donors, volunteers and supporters directly contributed to their community hospital. We look forward to putting these funds toward some much needed upgrades within the Hospital.”
