Lisa-Marie Fitzwilliam, infirmi\u00e8re-chef adjointe du service d\u2019oncologie de l\u2019HGL, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. \u00ab Nous voyons ces patients jour apr\u00e8s jour. Ils passent parfois des journ\u00e9es ou des semaines enti\u00e8res avec nous. Accueillir nos patients et leurs familles dans un environnement adapt\u00e9 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience d\u00e9j\u00e0 difficile pour eux et leur offrir ce petit extra qui pourra leur faciliter un peu la vie, voil\u00e0 notre objectif. \u00bb Nathalie Kamel, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Fondation, se r\u00e9jouit du succ\u00e8s obtenu par cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement inaugural. \u00ab Un bilan de plus de 40 000 $ pour une premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition est tr\u00e8s prometteur. Cela nous montre que les gens veulent vraiment soutenir leur h\u00f4pital local et que les participants ont aim\u00e9 prendre part \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 physique comp\u00e9titive.
